Team-Building with horses!  Come experience a unique and exciting learning opportunity for your company.  The unique bond between humans and horses is a great way to do a team-building experience where staff will go through exercises learning to think and lead to their full potential!  

Horses require clear and confidence leadership through verbal and non-verbal cues.  Staff will learn and do exercises to improve communication skills, problem solving, leadership, confidence, trust, integrity and respect.  Team-Building helps form and deepen social bonds in the workplace, helps individuals discover strengths and improves problem solving abilities and strengthens the workplace.  

No experience riding or being around horses is necessary.  Come play with the horses and build your team!
