Lynne Hartman is the owner of Amethyst Performance Horses, LLC.  She has been involved with horses since a very young age.  She has shown 4-H, open shows and breed shows winning numerous awards.  

She has been teaching for over 40 years and has continued to teach while producing top winning students that have won several awards at the local, state and national levels.  

Lynne has been actively coaching 4-H, OHSET and open show riders for years as well as being a former 4-H leader for many years and an OHSET coach.  

Lynne's background includes a well-rounded knowledge as she keeps updated on the latest techniques and information in the horse world.  Lynne's love of horses and kids makes her a great teacher for either the competive rider or the rider who just wants to learn and have fun!

Lynne loves working the beginner rider who has never been on a horse before as well as working with experienced riders wanting to further their knowledge.  

We also offer other instructors who come from a diverse background of horse riding and knowlege to help with our lessons.  All instructors are riders themselves and have a great wealth of knowledge to offer you as well.  

We have a 70x120 indoor arena with lots of natural light, outdoor sand arena, two round pens, grooming bay, cross-ties, hot/cold washrack, upstairs viewing area, paddocks for turn-outs and tack lockers.  Stalls are 12x12 and fully matted.  Trailer parking is also available.
